RevitalAge™ Ultra is a scientifically researched combination of acetyl-l-carnitine (ALC) and alpha lipoic acid (ALA) offered with antioxidant and mitochondrial support cofactors. NAD+ declines with age and is an essential coenzyme for a number of enzymes involved with energy production and cellular repair. Among these NAD+ dependent enzymes are the sirtuin family, considered to be master switches of metabolism and regulators of aging.
