Suggested use

2 capsules, once or twice daily; may be taken with or without food. Also suitable for men.

Contraindications & Warnings

Avoid if pregnant, nursing, have liver disease, or if on blood sugar lowering medication. Use caution and consult your physician if on anti-coagulants, SSRI anti-depressants or have reduced kidney function.
