Description
BioPause-PM^® has been formulated to assist women in getting the rest they need during their transitional phase of life. It addresses symptoms such as night sweats, anxiety, and restlessness that often preclude a restful and rejuvenating sleep.

Ingredients
Magnesium (as magnesium glycinate), Black Cohosh (Actaea racemosa) (root), Passionflower (Passiflora incarnata) (aerial part), Lemon Balm (Melissa officinalis) (leaf). Capsule shell (gelatin and water). **This product is gluten and dairy free.

Dosages and Warnings
Two (2) capsules one (1) hour before bedtime each night as a dietary supplement or as otherwise recommended by a healthcare professional. For adult use only. Not recommended for pregnant or lactating women. KEEP OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN.
