Description
Bio-DK Caps™ supplies 125 mcg (5,000 IU) of vitamin D₃, 550 mcg of vitamin K (as K₁ phytonadione and K₂ menaquinone-7) as a micro-emulsion for enhanced absorption and utilization, which is particularly important for those with malabsorption conditions. In addition to emulsified forms of vitamins D and K, Bio-DK Caps™ contains the enzymes superoxide dismutase (SOD) and catalase. SOD aids in cell repair and provides antioxidant protection against cellular damage from free radicals and environmental toxins. Catalase converts hydrogen peroxide into oxygen and water, also showing strong antioxidant properties. 

Ingredients
Vitamin D3 (as cholecalciferol), Vitamin K (as K1 phytonadione and K2 menaquinone-7, 10:1 ratio), Superoxide dismutase (raw organic vegetable culture†), Catalase (raw organic vegetable culture†)
†Specially grown, biologically active vegetable culture containing naturally associated phytochemicals including polyphenolic compounds with SOD and catalase, dehydrated at low temperature to preserve associated enzyme factors.
Microcrystalline cellulose, capsule shell (gelatin and water) and gum arabic.

Dosages and Warnings
One (1) capsule each day as a dietary supplement or as otherwise directed by a healthcare professional. CAUTION: Those taking blood thinners should avoid supplementation with Vitamin K unless specifically recommended and monitored by their physician. Pregnant and nursing mothers should avoid supplemental intakes higher than the RDI (90 mcg) unless specifically recommended and monitored by their physician.
