Description
EstroMend^™ is a Hormone Specific^™ Formulation of herbs that supports healthy estrogen receptor function and healthy metabolism of estrogens or functional mimetics of estrogen. This soy-free combination is designed to support healthy estrogen function in estrogen-sensitive tissues. ‡

The primary functions of EstroMend™ are to support the natural production of estrogen and support how tissues throughout the body respond to estrogen. This is accomplished by supporting the function of estrogen producing glands, and by supporting the function of estrogen responsive tissues through the use of herbs that have phytoestrogen properties and t mimic the actions of estrogen. The synergistic combination of specific herbs in EstroMend™ support important functions associated with optimal estrogen health and support symptoms of low estrogen levels, such as menopausal, gynecological, memory, mood, sleep, urinary, and vasomotor. Pueraria & Trifolium provide isoflavones that support 2-hydroxylation, glucose utilization and bone health. Phytoestrogens that mimic the functions of estrogens without proliferative actions, include Cimicfuga, Humulus, and Salvia which support and minimize the changes and symptoms that are sometimes experienced during menopause. The phytoestrogens found in Dong Quai also help to increase vaginal lubrication by maintaining mucus tissue health. Adaptogens with nootropic and neuroprotective properties such as Bacopa, Centella, Salvia and Schisandra support cognition, memory and the facilitation of learning; functions associated with optimal estrogen function.

Suggested Usage
As a dietary supplement, adults may take 2 capsules each evening with food for 1 to 2 weeks or as directed by your healthcare professional. The dose may then be increased to 4 capsules each evening with food for 2 to 4 months or as directed by your healthcare professional. After 2 to 4 months, dosage may be lowered back down to 2 capsules each evening with food and may continue on that dosage as needed or as directed by your healthcare professional.
WARNING: If you are pregnant or nursing, have a liver disorder, or taking bioidentical hormone replacement therapy and prescription medications, consult your healthcare professional before using this supplement.

Side Effect
Discontinue use if symptoms of liver trouble develop, such as abdominal pain, dark urine, or jaundice.
